Kentucky Business Insurance Fraud?? from Insurance Journal

“Northern Kentucky residents are being alerted that an Erlanger business owner is under investigation for selling bogus auto insurance policies, according to Kentucky’s Insurance Commissioner.

The Kentucky Office of Insurance said Michael Fleckinger of Amtrek Two Insurance Co. has marketed and sold auto insurance to at least 60 individuals during the past 18 months. The Office added that the company is not authorized to sell insurance in Kentucky and Fleckinger is not a licensed agent…..from Insurance Journal
