Apparently Metro United Way in Louisville is offering clean up assistance to the elderly and disabled in the Louisville Area :

“The 2-1-1 help line sponsored by Metro United Way is offering storm cleanup assistance to the elderly, sick and disabled in the Louisville area.

Tomorrow and Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m., residents of Jefferson, Shelby, Oldham, and Bullitt counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties in Indiana are encouraged to dial 2-1-1 to request help from volunteer “Wind Warriors” teams.

If you know someone who is physically unable to clean up storm debris and cannot get to a phone, you can call 2-1-1 to request help on their behalf. …..”2-1-1- Call can help with Storm Clean up
