Home Valuation Real Estate

Real Estate News- web 2.0 technology, You vote on the value of the home…from Techcrunch...”My Currency derives its housing valuations from the marketplace of user opinions by having them assess properties as over or undervalued along with the strength of their conviction. For instance, if I feel a house in San Francisco for 11 million dollars is overpriced, I vote for what lower price I think is right as well as how strongly I feel that on a 1-10 scale. The conviction of my choice and the accuracy of my past votes play into how much I can affect the valuation and price trend of the home. It is the New Year and time for those New Years Resolutions. Leave us a comment below with your New Year’s Resolution or send us an email. Many of us have started the New Year with a resolution to lose weight, get out of debt, or get more organized. We have found several free tools that should get you more organized. Our favorite free Calendar site is 30boxes.com. This past year we have used Google Calendar and have been happy with all of the features. We have just started using 30boxes, and so far we would recommend this calendar service. You can start using the service by registering with the site, and then schedule your first appointment.. All you have to type is the event, date, & time.

Like everyone we have too many passwords to keep up with. We have used the password manager in Firefox, but we have lost those passwords several times. We have also tried the Norton Password Manager, but it does not seem to work with Firefox. Our new favorite password manager is KeePass Password Safe.

Did we mention that it is completely free?

KeePass only took a few minutes to download and install. So far it is working with both IE and Firefox. We would recommend KeePass password manager. Let us know your favorite online free tools that you use to get things done or more organized. We will update this Post in the next few mos to let you know if we continued using these tools. Check back for an update when we post our 30 Boxes Calendar to share with our friends.
